Refresh, renew and recharge for the year ahead by retreating into inner silence!

We will have morning and evening sadhanas (spiritual practice) which includes Yogananda’s energization exercises, yoga postures, and a guided meditation. After breakfast will be a trip to Joshua Tree National Park for Sharing Nature activities. There will be time for journaling, reflection and setting new goals.
