Paramhansa Yogananda recommended longer meditations.
Monthly 3-hour meditations are a great opportunity to go deep in your practice with other meditators there to help support each other.
There will be chanting breaks each hour so you can come for any or all of the meditation. We will also practice Yoganandaji’s Energization Exercises at the beginning of the evening, starting at 6pm.
