Ananda Yoga

Includes: Warm-up with Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Ananda Yoga Postures with Affirmations.

  • Tuesdays:    10:30 a.m – 12:00 p.m.

  • Thursdays:   4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
