You are warmly invited to join Swami Kriyananda for a benefit evening on behalf of Ananda in Los Angeles. Although this event is offered to the public, it is primarily intended to provide a rare opportunity for you, our friends in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, to meet and spend some personal time with Swami Kriyananda.
Swami Kriyananda is the guiding spirit of Ananda. There are very few direct disciples of the great Indian master, Paramhansa Yogananda, still living. As he openly admits, these are the last years of his life and his health is declining.
Quoting Indiana Jones, Swamiji quipped, “It’s not the years, it’s the miles!” He’s always given his all to living and serving others.
The hallmark of Swamiji’s spiritual nature is his inclination to have a direct and personal friendship with everyone he meets. Those of you who have never met Swamiji will be delighted to discover his unassuming simplicity, his complete accessibility and humble willingness to engage with any question you might have. Those of you who have met him will relish this unique opportunity to reconnect in a more intimate setting.
In the beautiful surroundings of a private home in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, you’ll enjoy scrumptious food, uplifting entertainment, a vedic fire ceremony, and time to mingle with other spiritually minded souls. The evening will end with a talk by Swamiji. There are a limited number of reservations available and we don’t want you to miss this chance of a lifetime to meet Swami Kriyananda. His depth of spirit gives one an idea of what it was like to be around Paramhansa Yogananda.
This evening is also an opportunity to contribute to Ananda’s outreach centers in LA. The cost of the evening is $200-$1,000 or more. You will also receive a ticket to Swamiji’s Saturday night talk, Achieving Success in Life. Ananda
